Gerard Lee
1849. Dublin. A squalid hovel in Bride Street.
Dr. William Wilde, on his rounds, stumbles upon the apparently dead body of the destitute poet, James Clarence Mangan. Attempting the routine completion of a Death Certificate, Dr. Wilde quickly discovers that the corpse he is dealing with is far from ready to be consigned to medical - or literary - history. The doctor is quickly drawn into Mangan's strange and fantastical world, as the poet unravels in fits and starts the bizarre riddle of his life.
