Lady Gregory
Molière
Molière's classic comedy farce has Martha exacting revenge on her husband Sganarelle for a beating he meted out to her. She hears that Geronte seeks a doctor to tend to his daughter Lucy who has been struck dumb by the prospect of marrying a dolt. Martha tells of her husband's secret skill as a doctor, but that he'll only admit to this when beaten himself. Sganarelle finds himself becoming a doctor overnight.
