George Shiels
Old John Fibbs is ill. His relatives are at the hospital and sick with worry. Worried that they each might be cut out of his will, for all they care about is money and John has been a committed miser accumulating a fortune of £40,000 over a lifetime of parsimony. This is a bitter social comedy that dramatises a situation that is only a tweak of the dial from reality.
