Donal O'Kelly
All the action takes place in Dublin, beginning in the recent past and ending in the near future.
The play deals with the plight of Joseph Omara, a Ugandan refugee who arrives in Ireland without a visa. The horrors of his situation emerge as his solicitor Mary unfolds his story. She tries to get asylum in Ireland for Joseph. She discovers a whole new meaning for the term 'an Irish welcome'.
