• Description

  Llwyfan Gogledd Cymru/ North Wales Stage was established by Ian Rowlands in 2003 with a briefing to create high standard theatre productions for North Wales and beyond. The company strongly believes in the need to bridge the gap between Welsh and English language and culture. Their co-productions, with Project Arts Centre, of 'Frongoch' and 'Branwen'are examples of the company’s intentions to create multi-lingual multi-cultural productions with the intention of strengthening the position of the Welsh language and promote Welsh theatre on an international stage.
