Siren Productions is devoted to an interdisciplinary approach to performance that integrates dance, visual arts, architecture, music and theatre in an intensely collaborative way. The company exists to create an artistically open working environment where collaborators investigate their individual practice and exchange ideas with a diverse range of experienced and emerging artists. Siren Productions creates ambitious projects that are inspired by found and unexpected performance spaces, offering a unique and immediate link between performance and audience. In 2003 Siren Productions staged La Musica as part of Dublin Fringe Festival and received Best Production and Best Actress awards. In 2005 Siren was nominated for nine Irish Times Theatre Awards, winning four including Best Production, Best Director, Best Supporting Actress and Best Lighting Designer for Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus. Other productions include Macbeth, Medea (nominated for 5 Irish Times Theatre Awards including Best Production and winning Best Director), The Lulu House (nominated for Best Costume Design) and The Making of Tis Pity She’s a Whore.
